New Membership Form

     Please fill out the form below to join the Winnipeg PC User Group.  NO credit card number information will be sent over the Internet.  A Winnipeg PC User Group official will be in touch with you via telephone to confirm your application information and method of payment.  If you also wish to sign up for the Winnipeg PC User Group premium Internet service, you will also have to fill out the Internet Signup Form.
